STAT: Emergency AI Agent
Bridging the golden hour gap by enabling bystanders with multimodal AI guidance

The High-Stakes Context
Survival rates decrease by 10% for every minute without care in emergencies. However, bystanders often freeze due to fear, and first responders arrive lacking critical context. STAT targets this "golden hour gap," turning ordinary bystanders into capable helpers during life-threatening situations.

The Architectural Orchestration
Architected a multimodal AI agent that utilizes computer vision and voice interaction for context-aware assistance. The system guides the helper step-by-step—from checking pupil responses to performing CPR—while maintaining a high-contrast, typography-centric UX to minimize visual noise.

The Deployment & Scale
Designed as a real-time system that parallelly alerts nearby bystanders for AEDs and continuously streams the patient's timeline and diagnostic record directly to emergency medical services.

The Empirical Evaluation
Captures and synthesizes every action into a complete diagnostic report, ensuring that first responders receive an accurate, real-time status handover, connecting people and data into one seamless life-saving system.

The Outcome
- Winner — Red Dot Award 2026 (Design Concept)
- Multimodal AI agent bridging the gap between bystanders and first responders
