The Architectural Orchestration
Architected a low-latency, voice-based LLM pipeline utilizing the OpenAI Realtime API. Orchestrated an NLP pipeline integrated directly with a medical knowledge base and HIPAA-compliant data processing to maintain strict identity consistency and accuracy during personalized surgical counseling.
The Deployment & Scale
Deployed as a fully functioning real-time voice recognition prototype for a prospective clinical pilot study, engaging with patients the day before surgery.
The Empirical Evaluation
