Human-AI co-creation pipeline for daily financial video content
Overview
Short-form videos have become an indispensable information channel, yet producing high-quality 1-minute videos from daily financial reports demands massive resources — planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and captioning, repeated daily. We designed an automation pipeline that replaces this creative burden with AI in a "Human-AI Co-Creation" model: humans focus on setting direction and reviewing results, while AI handles actual production and editing. The design was informed by an analysis of 9 major informational short-form channels, distinguishing storytelling-type and role-playing-type content formats.
Approach
The pipeline streamlines the entire workflow from planning to final render. AI generates scripts from daily financial reports, produces visual assets, and assembles videos with FFmpeg, while human operators set creative direction and review quality at key checkpoints.
